IPMA: International Project Management Association hat dies direkt geteilt
Am 19. März fand #imkontext in Innsbruck statt. Unter dem Titel #AGILITÄT UND #PROJEKTE: Erfahrungen – Erkenntnisse – Entwicklungen erwartete die über 100 Teilnehmer*innen ein buntes Programm mit Speakern aus vielfältigen Industrien: Automobil, Gaming, IT-Beratung und der Forschung. Projekt Management Austria war auch dieses Jahr wieder mit einem Infostand am Kongress vertreten. Neben Vorträgen gab es auch 3 Workshops - die alle bis zum letzten Platz besetzt waren und ein Panel, das den Tag rekapitulierte und sich den Fragen des Publikums stellte. Unter anderem auch - ob Agilität und Projektmanagement vereinbar sind. Teilnehmerin des Panels war auch #pma Präsidentin Brigitte Schaden. Die Conclusio der Diskussion war einvernehmlich: Agile Methoden stellen eine Ergänzung dar, die in den Werkzeugkoffern von Projektmanagenden nicht fehlen dürfen.
