kompaflex received an inquiry from an engineering office that had been contracted for a planning project by a European Energy from Waste operator. They asked kompaflex for support with the calculations and the design of the expansion joints. The expansion joints were specially designed by our engineering team according to the specifications, and the calculations and design analyses were performed. Our tailored 3D models were integrated into the design of their assembly. Now we are ready for delivery: Two gimbal multi-ply expansion joints DN 3200 and two lateral expansion joints DN 2235. One corner relief multi-ply expansion joint DN 3200, segmented version without T-piece. We provided the pipework constructor with the design drawings of the T-piece and the assembly plans to ensure that the end customer receives a tailored and complete module on site.
