Our brand-new welding facility at the Grossostheim location of MAAG Germany is now open. Die plates and machine pipes are welded in the seven welding booths. This implies that we can now monitor the quality of our deliveries and have our core competency back in-house, benefiting our customers with faster delivery times. In order to expedite the supply of die head adapters and screen changers, our team is also working toward certification so that we may weld pressure containers in the future.

MAAG Germany and SKZ (Würzburg Research and Education Institute) cooperated on the expansion of SKZ’s compounding equipment: A strand pelletizer (PRIMO 60E) and an underwater pelletizing system (SPHERO 50) from MAAG Group complement the broad portfolio of plastics processing machines of the Würzburg Research and Education Institute. We are pleased to further deepen our partnership with SKZ and to provide these modern pelletizing units contribute to future application-oriented further developments in the compounding technology!

In order to advance our own staff, the first module of the Value Based Leadership training course was completed at MAAG Germany last week. The course aims to enhance both professional and personal abilities. In the upcoming months, more courses analyzing personal strengths will be released.
