After 28 years of activity, the MAVA Foundation closed its doors as had been planned by our founder Luc Hoffmann. Thanks to everyone who has been part of our journey ✨ If you would like to have a look at what we have done over the last decades, or if you wish to access our key resources, such as our learning products and final evaluations, head over to our legacy website: https://lnkd.in/dVrrhex #MAVAlegacy #WeAreMAVA
MAVA Foundation
Fundraising für gute Zwecke
We conserve biodiversity for the benefit of people and nature
Info
The MAVA Foundation is a family-led, Swiss-based philanthropic foundation, founded in 1994 by the late Dr Luc Hoffmann as a continuation of his deep personal commitment to conservation, and now led by his son André Hoffmann. The MAVA Foundation has an exclusive focus on the conservation of biodiversity and is active through five programmes: Mediterranean Basin, West Africa, Switzerland, Sustainable Economy and Impact & Sustainability. 2016-2022 is the foundation’s last strategic phase. The lifecycle of the foundation means that MAVA will phase out of its funding to all partners by 2022.
