Remember 2022, when we talked about the 'lowest relocation rate of the decade', at 9.5%? 📊 In 2023, this rate dropped even further to just 7%, highlighting the heightened tension in the Swiss real estate market. 📉 The vacancy rate has plummeted to 1.15%, leaving only 55,000 homes available throughout Switzerland - a significant challenge amid increasing demand. Additionally, inflation is driving rents up by an average of 10% between each tenant renewal, discouraging many from making a move. 🚚 In total, only 625,000 people managed to relocate in Switzerland in 2023, a significant decrease from the 700,000 who did so the previous year.
