100% sind 100% Trinkgeld! Danke Helen Deacon & tip me - the global tip für die grossartige Initiative, die wir sehr gerne unterstützen!
CEO & Co-founder of tip me 🌏🌳🎁 - we implement the global tip for the people who make our products 👕👨🏼🌾☕️ Activist and Speaker
Why 100% of the tips really means 100% Many NGOs deduct a percentage from project donations. Often, this covers fees, administrative costs, or hidden deductions. And fair enough—these costs occur and need to be covered too. At tip me - the global tip we take 100% seriously: Every euro customers tip goes directly to the people who make our products. No deductions. No excuses. Sometimes, that’s not easy—especially when transfers are expensive, payouts in remote areas need to be coordinated in cash or brands are late in paying their invoices. How do we make it possible? ✅Where there's a will, there's a way! Strong and honest partnerships, human connection, and 100% commitment to our mission. ✅ No transfer costs: We cover all payout fees separately—these are paid by our wonderful brand partners, not deducted from the tips, so that everyone does their part. ✅ No currency losses: We even balance exchange rate differences so that every worker receives the full amount. ✅ 100% impact: Our funding comes from the companies using tip me not from the tips. ✅ Transparency, not greenwashing tricks: We openly show where the money goes. ✅ sometimes we even send out as much as 200% for example when brands double the tips like done by SNOCKS since they started with tip me 👏 That’s what we do to do our best to achieve true fairness, true impact, true dedication. What do you think—should "100%" always mean 100% for the people behind the products? #tipme #globaltips #fairanddirect #fairpay
