Met 295 hotelkamers, 123 long-stay verblijven, moderne horecavoorzieningen aan een dynamisch campuspark wordt het hotel een ontmoetingsplaats waar bedrijven, kennis- en zorginstellingen samenkomen voor kennisdeling, ontmoeting en ontspanning. In 2024 hebben we in als één van de grootste spelers in Nederland bijna 220.000 m² aan logistieke ruimte ontwikkeld, verdeeld over verschillende strategische locaties. Veruit de grootste ontwikkeling betreft die in Dutch Fresh Port, voorloper in wereldwijde agro- en foodlogistiek. Met de derde ontwikkeling die op 31 januari gestart is in Ridderkerk, komt het totaal op 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 ontwikkelde vierkante meter uit rond de 160.000. Deze ontwikkeling volgt de in 2022 afgeronde cold storage center voor R&M Forwarding en het recent in aanbouw genomen tweede pand van R&M Forwarding op. Met bijna 220.000 m² aan nieuwe logistieke ruimte in 2024 zet Necron Group de toon voor toekomstbestendige en strategisch gelegen logistieke hubs. Deze logistieke ontwikkeling is in een forward funding deal door Necron Group gekocht van Borghese Real Estate | projectontwikkeling. In aanwezigheid van vertegenwoordigers van Bakker, Greenyard, Necron Group, Borghese Logistics en andere stakeholders, sloegen medewerkers van Bakker de feestelijke eerste paal van dit duurzame verscentrum aan de Laurierweg in #Ridderkerk.   Het pand, op een grondstuk van ca. 7,3 hectare, omvat circa 55.600 m2 BVO en bestaat uit een warehouse van circa 35.500 m², een kantoorruimte van ca. 4.200 m² en een mezzanine van ruim 12.000 m². Het pand, dat het duurzaamheidscertificaat #BREEAM ‘Excellent’ krijgt, zal voorzien zijn van ca. 3 megawatt aan zonnepanelen.   Het pand, getekend door Bessels architecten & ingenieurs B.V., zal gebouwd worden door Pleijsier Bouw en de directievoering is in handen van Borghese Logistics ondersteund door Oostelbos Van den Berg B.V. Necron Group heeft het project turn-key gekocht van Borghese Logistics en Necron Group zal technisch worden bijgestaan door Drees & Sommer Netherlands. This logistics development was purchased by Necron Group from Borghese Logistics in a forward funding deal. In the presence of representatives of Bakker, Greenyard, Necron Group, Borghese Logistics and other stakeholders, Bakker employees struck the festive first pile of this sustainable fresh produce center on Laurierweg in Ridderkerk.   The building, on a plot of approximately 7.3 hectares, comprises approximately 55,600 m2 GLA and consists a warehouse of approximately 35,500 m², office space of approximately 4,200 m² and a mezzanine of over 12,000 m². The building, which will receive the BREEAM 'Excellent' sustainability certificate, will feature approximately 3 megawatts of solar panels.   The building, drawn by Bessels architects & engineers, will be built by Pleijsier Bouw and the management is in the hands of Borghese Logistics supported by Oostelbos Van den Berg. Necron Group purchased the project turn-key from Borghese Logistics and will be technically assisted by Drees and Sommer Netherlands. Completion is scheduled for early 2026.
