Our US team recently hosted the Stouffer’s Mac & Cheese Competition with students from the ProStart Program at their Customer Innovation Campus in Solon, OH. 👩🍳👨🏽🍳 The 12 Ohio ProStart teams showcased their #macandcheese culinary creativity and skills with inspiring passion and innovation! Their innovative ideas and diverse perspectives are paving the way for a brighter future.  ✨𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘀-𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗲: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 Caridad Barillas is the Country Business Leader for Nestlé Professional Guatemala, leading the Out-of-Home (OOH) team and providing strategic support to sales, marketing, and operations. She emphasizes effective communication with stakeholders to achieve outstanding results through teamwork. 👩🏽🍳 Her passion for the food and beverage industry began during her studies in Hotel and Restaurant Management, laying the groundwork for her career. Starting in 2008, Caridad progressed from restaurant roles to significant positions, including Director of Medical Tourism and Operations Manager.  💪 A pivotal moment came when she moved to Colorado to work at a ski resort, gaining diverse experience. Upon returning to Guatemala, she joined Nestlé as a sales supervisor for the OOH channel, later becoming Key Account Manager and then Country Business Leader in 2022. 💜 Caridad finds fulfillment in creating memorable customer experiences and building long-term relationships. She credits her success to her parents' values of hard work and positivity.
