We are very excited to share "Improving Inverse Folding Models at Protein Stability Prediction without Additional Training or Data ”, the latest research paper from Peptone. Our researchers, led by Oliver Dutton and Sandro Bottaro demonstrated that the intricate knowledge of physics and high-performance computing can massively enhance the accuracy of state-of-the-art models for protein stability prediction by 11% and speed up prediction performance 4000 times on NVIDIA A100 GPUs. The technology has already been applied in the development of preclinical-stage biologics programmes for immunocytokine development, spearheaded by David Lowe and Patrik Foerch It has made extraordinary improvements in expressibility, thermostability, PK, and developability. We hope to share this exciting data soon. In the meantime, we thank our colleagues at Microsoft GSK and the Institute for Protein Design, University of Washington for their positive comments and constructive feedback.
