Cruising the Arctic Ocean with Jeffrey Welker of the University of Alaska Anchorage and University of Oulu, Finland, and Ben Kopec of the Michigan Technological University, the L2140-i with the Continuous Water Sampler is analyzing δ18O and deuterium excess in surface seawater to pinpoint the sources of the increasing influx of freshwater in the Arctic Ocean.
