We ended off 2024 on a high note, joining forces with our community-based program, Project SOMAR, to bring the festive spirit to Marvila. In a community-driven initiative that embodied the true essence of the holidays, our Christmas Drive lit up the faces of local families with joy. Through the combined efforts of the RE Capital and SOMAR teams, thoughtful donations became meaningful gestures — a powerful testament to the impact of community spirit. We focused on collecting essentials to lighten the load of the season for local families: food staples like olive oil, flour, and festive treats were paired with toys for children, ensuring a touch of holiday magic. These gift bags were distributed to families supported by the Centro Paroquial de Santo Agostinho a Marvila, offering some small relief during what can be a challenging time of year.
