This was Othmar's last training course at Robatech 🙌 After 20 years of dedicated work, he will retire at the end of March 2025. When Othmar started as Robatech's first corporate trainer in 2004, the world was a different place. As a rule, all new sales and service employees came to the headquarters in Switzerland to get to know the organization and to complete specific training courses 🤓 How the world has changed in these past 20 years! Today, most of the Academy's training courses take place online as webinars – always live and at different times for different time zones – and they require more than just one person!
