🌟  𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲! Over 𝟱𝟬 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 joined us for an incredible second edition of the 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! 🌟 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭: We kicked off with engaging presentations and dynamic discussions on after-sales service excellence. Our delegates included 10 service centers, 15 brands, 2 retailers, 6 equipment manufacturers, 1 watchmaking institution and some fantastic guest speakers. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮: The morning took us to Witschi Electronic AG, where precision technology meets watchmaking innovation. In the afternoon, we had the privilege of exploring the “Laboratorio di Idee” at the Panerai Manufacture, followed by an evening at the Caves du Château d'Auvernier, complete with a wine tasting and a lakeside dinner featuring perch fillets from Lake Neuchâtel. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯: The final day was all about empowering service centers! We focused on equipment calibration, unveiled the latest features of #SAM, including the much-anticipated spare parts management module, and dove into financial performance optimization strategies. But beyond these moments, the true essence of the convention lies in the connections made, the rich informal exchanges, and the sense of community we’ve built together. It’s these moments that have made this edition truly unforgettable. 🤜🤛 A huge thank you to all participants for their incredible energy, insights, and enthusiasm! 🚀 Wrapping up 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟯 at the 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with an exclusive morning dedicated to our 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 and 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀! 🚀 We kicked off the final day with a deep dive into key topics: ✔ In collaboration with Witschi Electronic AG, we provided practical solutions to address the often-challenging 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 of equipment for international service centers. ✔ Exciting new features of our #SAM digital solution were unveiled, including a 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 that sparked great interest among the participants. ✔ Discussions on optimizing 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 wrapped up this insightful morning session. 🍇Wrapping up 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮 at the 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with a memorable experience at Caves du Château d'Auvernier! 🍇 Our afternoon and evening took us to the beautiful vineyards and cellars of Caves du Château d'Auvernier, where we had the pleasure of tasting some of their exceptional wines. 🍷 A special thank you to the Caves du Château d'Auvernier's team for their warm welcome and for sharing the rich history and flavors of their estate with us. 🙏 We couldn't resist making a quick stop to visit the SAVinsight offices, also located in Auvernier. After a productive first day at the 𝗦𝗔𝗩𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we took some time to enjoy the region. 🤩 The most adventurous among us explored the breathtaking 200-meter cliffs of the 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘂𝘅-𝗱𝘂-𝗩𝗮𝗻 and savored local specialties like fondue. It’s the perfect way to balance work with a taste of what the area has to offer! 😊 #togetherwearestronger
