Leadership Programme 2025 or “The Day That Eggs Went Flying…” Team leads and directors were missing at work on Wednesday last week, as they were busy with a hands-on Leadership Programme workshop, tackling challenges that tested creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving—including building flying devices (yes, eggs were really flying! 🛫 🥚). Beyond the fun, we also took a deep dive into Insights Discovery tool, refreshing our understanding of different communication styles and sharpening our leadership skills. Strengthening how we work together at all levels is key to our success, and this programme is all about growing our leaders for the benefit of the whole Selectchemie Team. A big thank you to everyone who participated and made this a great event. A special shout out goes to our Leadership Programme partner, mpw Beratungsteam AG and their team for facilitating and designing this programme and day for us.
