As we draw to the end of International Self-Care Month, we want to ensure the momentum for self-care is sustained. At a global level, current self-care activities are generating substantial monetary savings as well as healthcare workforce savings. But the further potential of self-care interventions is significant. Embedding evidence-based self-care interventions in health systems around the world is crucial to realising the full potential.
