It was an honour to be asked by the irrepressible and excessively titled Agnes Williams Sesquicentennial Professor of Financial Technology at Georgetown Law Chris Brummer to speak last Tuesday at dinner at the Swiss Residence in Washington DC hosted by his excellency Ambassador Ralf Heckner on the occasion of D.C.
