We are pleased to announce that we have entered into an agreement to acquire IMG ARENA and its global portfolio of sports betting rights that, following closing, will give us a wealth of exciting content to monetize and drive value for our clients and partners. It will strengthen our offering for the most bet upon sports including tennis, soccer and basketball. We are uniquely positioned to integrate and monetize these rights seamlessly based on our highly scalable technology platform, innovative product portfolio, and wide global distribution network. It has been a while since I last posted on LinkedIn and what a day to return! This morning, we reported another consecutive year of above market growth and announced that we have entered into an agreement to acquire IMG ARENA and its portfolio of global sports betting rights. I couldn’t be more delighted to share this news. By adding these new rights, and by deepening our portfolio in some of the biggest sports in betting, this acquisition, once closed, will benefit our clients and partners. It will give them access to more sports events with the same, seamless, Sportradar technology that is already integrated into their operations. It will be beneficial for the rightsholders, too, since we will be able to expand our existing sports-specific innovations around fan engagement to these new properties. This will help generate new interest in their sports, further leveraged through our technology platform and deep client distribution network. And it will be better for the fan, whose opportunity to access sports events that some operators may not previously have carried will now grow, bringing hyper-immersive, hyper-personalized, AI-enhanced content to new properties altogether. As our earnings today show, we are already generating strong returns thanks to our disciplined approach to monetizing our existing sports rights.  Content is the fuel for our engine distribution, and we are well positioned to integrate and monetize these rights seamlessly based on our highly scalable technology platform and broad client network. On behalf of Riot Games, Sportradar Integrity Services detected highly suspicious betting activity in a 2024 League of Legends Circuit Oceania (LCO) playoff match. By analyzing betting patterns and supporting data, Sportradar assisted Riot Games to uncover evidence of a player inciting another to engage in match-fixing.
