Japan-based Taiho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Araris Biotech AG, a Swiss biotechnology company developing next-generation antibody drug conjugates (ADCs), entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Taiho Pharmaceutical will fully acquire Araris.
