She drew valuable parallels between her impressive sporting career and the countless experiences she has gained in elite sports and the world of work. Her presentation was inspiring, as it highlighted how the crucial principles in sports can be directly applied in the workplace. We all know from team sports that a group is only as strong as its weakest member. 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 🎈🌮☀🍻 Three weeks ago, the SwissFactory.Group summer party took place in Niederrohrdorf. We look back with pleasure on inspiring encounters, good discussions, interesting guided tours, and valuable insights into Egro Industrial Systems AG production. The look behind the scenes of Egro was fascinating. Impressive production areas such as spinning, deep drawing, welding, 3D & 2D laser cutting and welding, bending, and robotic welding were presented, and live demonstrations of how the various machines work were given. After the tour, visitors were treated to delicious food from multiple food trucks and refreshing drinks from the bar in the outdoor area. Atmospheric live music provided the perfect backdrop to the warm summer evening.
