👾Expo Real 2024 - so viel PropTech und Digital Real Estate wie noch nie🤖 Messetage sind immer wieder spannende Tage: viele Treffen, zahlreiche Gespräche und eine Menge neuer Eindrücke. So war es auch dieses Mal wieder auf der Internationalen Immobilien-Investmentmesse EXPO REAL (Messe München) in der bayrischen Landeshauptstadt. Von Montag bis Mittwoch kamen diese Woche rund 40‘000 Messebesucherinnen und -besucher in sieben Hallen zusammen. Der Gemeinschaftsstand von Swiss Circle und SwissPropTech fand sich in Halle A3 an prominenter Stelle gleich vor dem neuen Transform & Beyond-Bereich, wo Digital Real Estate und PropTech im Fokus standen. Wir kehren mit einem ganzen Strauss an neuen Ideen, Impressionen und Inspirationen zurück und freuen uns darauf, in den kommenden Wochen weiter von den News und Neuigkeiten in unserer Branche berichten zu können. Day 2 here at EXPO REAL (Messe München) was even busier than the day before and the 🇨🇭Swiss Stand 🇨🇭hosted by Swiss Circle was fully booked and pleasantly crowded 🥳 Among many highlights we want to point out the #innovation tour hosted by Remo Daguati that took us through the "Transform & Beyond" area and right into the Swiss #PropTech scene with exhibitors such as City Pop, BACKBONE, Parcandi, Scandens, Loanboox and SMG Real Estate / SMG Swiss Marketplace Group 🚀 As the exhibition draws to a close, we want to express our sincerest gratitude to all exhibitors supporting the Swiss Stand and especially to all PropTechs that made the journey to Munich with us - you rock 🥳

Summer vacation (and summer, as it seems 🥶) is officially over and we are already looking back on two very successful events 🥳 The SwissPropTech Afterwork on August 29 was organized with our member beyondBIM AG and proved to be a fantastic get together of #PropTechs and corporates alike! Among others, Stefan Kaufmann from PSP Swiss Property outlined the story behind ATMOS Tower and conveyed On's motivation and reason for choosing a 17 story building with a unique layout and floor plan 🔥 The SwissPropTech Afterwork Romandie on September 10 was organized together with longtime partner REM Real Estate Meetings at unlimitrust Campus near Lausanne.
