When your people thrive, your business thrives.

Info

We help you to achieve your diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) goals and unleash your organisation’s potential. We do this by putting partnership and people at the heart of everything we do. We provide thought leadership and create programmes that energise, empower and inspire people. We help you to move DEI from being an organisational initiative to being business (and culture) as usual. We are a multinational, multilingual (we speak 9 languages) and energetic team of consultants, certified coaches and trainers. We provide DEI solutions and leadership training in Switzerland and throughout the EU to help organisations become more diverse and inclusive, enabling them to gain a competitive advantage and improve business performance. Our team members have found their unique way to juggle parenthood, caring responsibilities and professional aspirations. We love to help organisations and their people do the same and thrive. Deborah Croft and Natalie Wilkins founded Thriving Talent in 2015 when they merged their individual consultancy and coaching practices. Their shared vision is to help organisations achieve their DEI goals by transforming how they manage the parental leave journey, advance women in business and implement flexible work approaches. Over the years, we expanded our solutions to help companies start and make progress on their DEI journey. Our vision: Inclusive workplaces that enable caring and career and gender equality at all levels of leadership. Our mission: To accelerate change that humanises the workplace and empowers individual choice.

📢 We all are aware that women in leadership roles face unique challenges. At HUGO BOSS, we embrace this challenge ! To further boost our gender diverse leadership, we created SHE BOSS program. This week was an emotional moment when we came together with our Board Sponsor Yves Müller to celebrate the first cohort of SHE BOSS. A leadership program that fuels bold dreams and prepares our talented female leaders to achieve them wholeheartedly #dreambigachievebigger Reflecting on the transformative learning journey and key lessons: 1. Lead with authenticity: Embrace your strengths and your saboteurs ! Don’t be afraid to lead in a way that is true to who you are and aligns with your core values. 2. Be bold: Leadership requires courage. Do ask those uncomfortable questions and take the challenging opportunities head on - it is often where growth happens. 3. Foster community: We rise by lifting others. The relationships that have built during the program are a testament to the power of sisterhood. ⭐ Our SHE BOSSES Ji Lee Cheral Olthaar Celia Jochem Vanessa Garrecht Kathrin Hönes Ferda Günana Martina Hötker Aurélie Paul-Skiba Meike Friedrich Anna Lutz Katharina Schüssler Gesa Gerber Marlena Strutz Claire Kettler Verena Schuster ⭐ ⭐Managers who are allies for our SHE BOSSES James Doidge Peter Deirowski Dorothee Niebergall Jochen Eckhold Katharina Herzog Dr. iur. It’s World Menopause Day, and as our co-CEO Deborah Croft puts it, menopause is a "moment that matters" in every woman’s life. Companies that recognise and address its impact will create more inclusive, supportive workplaces, directly influencing retention. With women aged 45-55 being the fastest-growing workforce demographic and over 1 billion women expected to be in menopause by 2025, this issue can't be ignored. Sophrology - a blend of meditation, breathing, and visualisation - offers effective support during menopause. This simple, practical technique helps ease over 34 physical and psychological symptoms, from hot flushes to anxiety. With just 10 minutes of daily practice, sophrology helps women manage stress, boost mental clarity, and nurture a positive outlook during this life stage. By promoting well-being, employers can ensure their workforce thrives throughout menopause, enhancing performance and satisfaction. Meet Catherine Hickel, MA, PCC, our Senior Partner for Training and Coaching at Thriving Talent, who delivers impactful workshops, trainings, and individual coaching sessions across Switzerland virtually and in person. Fluent in French and English, Catherine engages with a diverse range of industries and functions, focusing on a wide array of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) topics. Catherine says: "The most rewarding aspect of my work comes from witnessing the tangible impact of the pragmatic tools and concrete solutions I provide. Seeing participants embrace new ideas and commit to implementing them is incredibly fulfilling. After +10 years, +2500 hours of coaching and hundreds of workshops with managers, new parents, high potentials, and professionals of all horizons, I still take great pride in the successes of my coaches - whether they’re achieving career milestones, navigating challenging conversations, or making significant life transitions. The heartfelt updates I receive months later about promotions, new babies, new roles or dreams coming to fruition reaffirm the value of our programs. Beyond DEI, I am actively engaged in various areas, including talent management, talent acquisition (including inclusive recruitment, having worked in executive search consulting for 10 years), Learning and Development and Positive Intelligence. One area I find particularly intriguing is our focus on advancing women in the workplace. I believe that creating opportunities for women with potential is essential for any organization striving to be an employer of choice. While the business case is clear for investing in the diversity and inclusion of leadership teams, gender equality at work is not progressing fast enough, especially in light of Switzerland's evolving workforce demographics. This is why I am a strong advocate for female-only leadership programs. Should you wish to know more, feel free to download our recent comprehensive whitepaper, '5 reasons why women are leaving your company and what to do about it.' I am eager to connect and hear more about how your organisation promotes the advancement of talented women. Let’s explore how we can work together to build a more inclusive future!" Please say hello to Catherine, give her a follow and message her if you'd like to chat 👋 Here is the link to the whitepaper Catherine mentions 👇 https://lnkd.in/gVH-ZedS #DEI #MeetTheTeam #Switzerland
