We were delighted to host a bell-ringing ceremony commemorating our new contracts with bp last week at our Houston office. Gulf of Mexico Operations Director Francesco Ferri and our operations leadership team hosted half of our Gulf of Mexico Offshore Installation Managers, Drilling Superintendents, and Senior Maintenance Supervisors at the Houston Enclave Office this week for their annual meeting. The group heard presentations from leaders across all functions of the organization; talked about safety, performance, and reliability; and discussed how Transocean leads the industry by strategically deploying new technology in our operations. We look forward to hosting our second group in November. Keep up the great work, Team GOM!

The Petrobras 10000 recently conducted a scheduled out-of-service maintenance period in Angra Dos Reis, Brazil. We’re proud to say this complex workscope was completed safely and ahead of schedule! Shout out to our outstanding PBS team and partners for flawlessly executing this project so the rig can continue delivering for our customer for many years to come. Excellent work!   #WeAreTransocean

There are so many interesting pieces of equipment working together in offshore operations. That’s one of the reasons 3rd Assistant Engineer, Amber Card, decided to work at Transocean after graduating from Maine Maritime Academy.
