I liked the surroundings in Interlaken and saw a great opportunity for myself to develop professionally. I was excited to get to know new cultures, the German language, and meet new people. What is the best thing that the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa has to offer their employees? We have a very familial culture here, which makes working extremely pleasant. I always look forward to the employee events, whether in summer or at Christmas. The HR department always has an open ear for every employee; one feels taken seriously and appreciated. When I entered the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa on my trial day, I was immediately surprised by the very personal and warm approach.
