It was a pleasure collaborating with Böhme & Weihs Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG to develop this innovative management system for our clean rooms in Switzerland. It integrates MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and CAQ (Computer-Aided Quality Assurance). This software will enable us to serve our customers more efficiently and effectively by streamlining the complexity of our processes, ensuring the highest quality standards.   We are excited about the next stage of this project, which involves implementing this system at our facility in Saltillo, Mexico. #MES #CAQ #Cleanroom #Medicalproduction #Weidmann

We recently met with Shino Yamamoto Weilenmann, our Head of Sustainability, to discuss how the sustainability working groups have been going since our last update. Shino highlighted the purpose and progress of our key working groups: 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻: Focused on sustainable sourcing, enhancing environmental, social, and economic impacts. We are working on setting up a due diligence system aligned with OECD guidelines. 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Formed to meet high expectations from employees and shareholders. We’ve initiated awareness programs and appointed local engagement officers. 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Launched a pilot project in Switzerland for resource efficiency and decarbonization. This will inform our global targets.
