At #ABB, we are proud to continue supporting initiatives that empower and elevate female talent within our organization. By providing mentorship, skill development, and networking opportunities, we aim to create pathways for women to step into senior leadership roles.
Recently, our leadership celebrated the closing of the 2023 cohort and the opening of the 2024/25 program. It’s a unique networking opportunity for both departing and new participants to connect, share experiences, and build relationships that will support their professional journeys.
