Last month, 22 participants from 13 countries joined our Protein Bar Technology Course at the Food Creation Center in Uzwil. This course was proudly conducted in collaboration with Arla Foods Ingredients, Glanbia, FrieslandCampina Ingredients, GELITA and Givaudan. Over three days, we explored every step of production, from raw materials to advanced techniques, guided by top industry experts.
