Turning Passion into Purpose: A Chat with Chava
Héctor Chavarría Torres, affectionately known as "Chava," has been a vital part of the Sealed Air team for over 15 years. His journey began in 2008 when he joined as a Quality Inspector in the bags area, moving into other Quality and Engineering positions along the way. His commitment and passion have been instrumental in helping customers achieve continuous improvement and innovation, while delivering exceptional results across Mexico and Latin America.
Reflecting on his journey, Chava expresses his gratitude: "I am very happy because each opportunity with Sealed Air has been special. I want to take this moment to thank each of the people I have worked with for their unconditional support and trusting me to do what’s best for the company. Gracias!"
