Start-Up Chile (SUP) is a public business accelerator created by the Chilean Government as part of Corfo (Corporación de Fomento de la Producción) for high-potential tech entrepreneurs. These founders aim to reach global markets (both domestic and foreign) and view Chile as a platform to scale their businesses. Today, SUP is the leading accelerator in Latin America, among the Top 10 globally, and one of the world's biggest and most diverse startup communities. Our mission at SUP is to generate socio-economic impact by supporting innovative technology ventures that allow sophistication and/or diversification of Chile's economic matrix. In addition, we support the growth of a sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystem that facilitates the connection between entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and organizations. We have three programs: Build: Pre-acceleration program for startups in early concept stage, at least 50% of the selected startups will be led by women. Selected companies receive $10 million CLP (around USD$14K) equity free and 4 months pre - acceleration. Two rounds a year of 50-60 companies each. Ignite: Acceleration program for startups with a functional product and early validation. Selected companies receive $25 million CLP (around USD$32K) equity free and 4 months acceleration. Two rounds a year of 20-30 companies each. Growth: A line of financing that seeks out the best technological founders in the expansion stage of their businesses to take their high impact startups to the next level. Selected companies 50% financing of a project (up to USD $78000 approx) for a 12-month program. Two rounds a year of 20-30 companies each.
