Bambu Lab City Tour, Episode 2! Our team is heading to Eindhoven from June 25-27 to meet with our customers, partners, and makers of all kinds! Don't miss out – sign up 𝗻𝗼𝘄 to join us. The Barcelona City Tour was an eye-opener! It made us realize how little we knew about our customers and their unique uses of our printers. Over the past months, the only feedback I heard was, "Make a bigger one," to which I replied, "Size doesn't matter." 😝 This was a limited interaction, to say the least. Engaging with our customers face-to-face, seeing their setups, and understanding how they use our printers gives us invaluable insights. Understanding our customers is crucial for driving our R&D, organizing our service offerings, expanding our partner network, and enhancing our support. After the first episode, I regretted not launching this initiative sooner. Let's make up for lost time!
