On October 29th 1984, Linea y Proyecto S.A, (Lypsa), was founded with headquarters in Barcelona. Lypsa together with Rücker Ibérica merged in 2004 to form Rücker Lypsa which in turn was acquired by the EDAG Group in 2013. Thanks to the EDAG team both in Spain and abroad for accompanying us here. EDAG CITYBOT: DRIVING THE FUTURE OF URBAN MOBILITY // At the 2024 Digital Summit in Frankfurt, our revolutionary EDAG CityBot was showcased as the "Chancellor's Exhibit," capturing the attention of political and industry leaders, including Chancellor Olaf Scholz. This recognition underscores the significant role of the EDAG Group in driving Germany's digital transformation. This modular, highly automated robot vehicle is designed to tackle a broad range of urban tasks, from transportation to logistics. A NEW DTM CHAMPION IS CROWNED // Congratulations to Mirko Bortolotti and SSR Performance on an incredible victory! After an intense season and an unforgettable finale at the Hockenheimring, Bortolotti has claimed his first-ever DTM championship title – a well-deserved triumph for both him and the entire SSR Performance team. 🎉 Starting from pole position in the final race, Bortolotti's remarkable second-place finish was enough to secure the DTM crown for 2024. His success also marks the first DTM title for Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., a historic moment for the manufacturer and SSR Performance GmbH. As proud partners of SSR Performance, the EDAG Group celebrates this outstanding achievement. This victory is a testament to the hard work, determination, and unmatched collaboration that drives success both on and off the track. 🏆 We were also well represented at the event by CEO Harald Keller, CFO Holger Merz, our social media competition winners, the Formula Student Teams Race-Ing. Team FH Dortmund and Schanzer Racing Electric e.V., and members of our eSports partner team KIT SC. In total, approximately 150 people from EDAG Group joined in the excitement of this historic race.

EDAG GROUP WINS GOLD AT THE BIGDATA-INSIDER AWARD 2024 // Another success for the EDAG Group: After being awarded Platinum last year, we have been honored with Gold in 2024 in the IoT Software category at the BigData-Insider IT Awards! Over 72,000 votes were cast by the IT community to recognize companies that excel in agility, innovation, and outstanding performance. We are proud to have once again received this special recognition for our IoT software developments. Heiko Herchet, Vice President Sales Software & Digitalisation at EDAG, commented: “This award reflects the hard work and innovative spirit of our team. STRENGTHENING OUR RESOURCES IN INDIA THROUGH KEY ACQUISITIONS // We are pleased to announce the expansion of EDAG Group’s presence in South Asia with the acquisition of CAXSOL Pvt. Ltd. and IWOVS Pvt. Ltd. By integrating these companies into our existing operations in India, we will enhance our expertise across our entire portfolio. In addition to production solutions, we can now provide services in vehicle engineering (VE) and electronics and electrics (EE). This allows us to support essential areas such as car body construction, CAE, motorcycles, embedded software, functional safety, PPDM, and After Sales from India. We are confident that these acquisitions will provide us with the flexibility and adaptability needed in the global market.
