In the traditional ordinary injection molding process, when the mold temperature is set low, although warping and shrinkage marks can be reduced and the molding cycle can be shortened, it is easy to produce weld marks and material lines, dark gloss, rough surface and other poor appearance quality. 💚💚On the contrary, when the mold temperature is set high, the appearance quality of the product surface can be improved, but it is easy to produce warping, shrinkage marks, poor dimensions, etc., while extending the molding cycle and increasing costs. 💛💛 🔉🔉First, high-temperature water or steam (such as 150°C) is introduced into the mold before injection to make the mold temperature reach a viscosity flow temperature that exceeds the resin thermal deformation, and then the molten resin is injected, so that the material temperature at the front end of the confluence can be maintained in a viscosity flow state, and a molded product with no confluence line (weld line) and good surface quality will be formed. After the molten resin is injected, the cooling process begins. 🧡🧡Use cooling water to quickly drop the mold temperature to below the resin thermal deformation temperature (such as 40°C). Causes of bubble generation 🥀 ❌ (1) Air entrainment 1.1. Air entrainment in the barrel: * Screw speed is too fast * Back pressure is too low * Resucking volume is too large 1.2. Air entrainment in the barrel: * Screw speed is too fast * Back pressure is too low * Resucking volume is too large ❌(2) Resin degradation 2.1. Barrel temperature is too high 2.2.
