Kaumba Sakavuyi, Ph.D, R&D Director for #SemiconductorChemicals, said: “#EUVL is a key application needed by the #semiconductor industry to address future #IC demand. High NA (0.55NA) may not be sufficient and the discussion about Hyper NA (0.75NA) has already begun. What is your role at Heraeus Epurio? 💬 I’m the Global Head of #Quality Management and #Environment, #Health, and #Safety for all Epurio locations, especially the manufacturing sites in Dayton, Leverkusen and Shanghai. This means I am responsible for the Integrated Management Systems according to ISO 9001 and 14001, including audits and the related processes. Additionally, I take care of health and safety as well as regulatory topics in collaboration with my team. 🦺⛑️ What is the most challenging aspect of your role? 💬 I find that the most challenging part is changing the mindset on quality and safety. The vision of zero events and high customer satisfaction can only be achieved with the right attitude and behavior-based safety awareness. In addition, our products must be manufactured and delivered on time to meet ever-increasing customer demands and quality requirements. What motivates you the most about your job? 💬 I am driven by working with committed and enthusiastic colleagues and team members who make Epurio the preferred supplier and partner of the #electronics industry.
