Over the past week, I had the opportunity to visit three of our sister companies (Kinkelder USA, International Knife & Saw, Inc., and @Kinkelder South Carolina) in the United States, part of the KINKELDER Group. This was an excellent chance to get to know the colleagues, locations, and the various activities taking place there. The site visits, led by knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues, were insightful and contributed to better mutual understanding, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of best practices. During the visits, we had valuable and at times challenging discussions about Health & Safety and CSRD. We not only shared insights but also took concrete steps to make progress on these important topics. A special thank you to all the colleagues who contributed to these productive discussions—your input was incredibly important. One of the highlights of each visit was certainly the location tours. They provided me with a deeper understanding of the daily processes and how we, as a group, can work together to implement improvements. Lastly, I would like to thank Kinkelder USA, International Knife & Saw, Inc. and @Kinkelder South Carolina for your warm welcome and support during my stay. Together, we continue to build a safer and more sustainable future at KINKELDER, and I am excited to take the next steps with all of you!
