Proud to share insights from our country head Nancy Wang at the Economist Impact's Technology for Change Asia Summit #EconTechforChange in Hong Kong, where she joined leading industry leaders in exploring human-centric technology adoption. 💡 In a compelling panel discussion, Nancy emphasized that successful AI transformation requires more than just a tech strategy—it demands a people strategy. As 70% of job skills are expected to shift by 2030, organizations must prioritize skills-first hiring and continuous learning. What's clear is that the future of work isn't about AI versus humans—it's about AI amplifying human potential. At LinkedIn, we're proud to support organizations in this transformation through our extensive data and cutting-edge AI technology, LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn Learning Solutions, enabling companies to swiftly hire quality talent, develop critical skills at scale, and retain their best employees. ✨Looking forward to continuing these important conversations as we work together to build a more skilled, connected, and opportunity-rich future. #EconTechforChange #FutureOfWork #SkillsFirst #Innovation #LinkedInChina
I recently had the privilege of participating in The Economist Impact's Technology for Change Asia Summit held on March 12-13 in Hong Kong, joining more than 500 leaders from emerging SMEs and top enterprises across the Asia-Pacific region. During this prestigious event, engaging in exclusive discussions and extensive networking sessions with industry leaders and key decision-makers from prominent companies in Greater China was truly enriching. We shared valuable insights and essential strategies to foster collaborations aimed at driving business growth and innovation in broader international markets. A highlight for me was being part of a panel discussion alongside esteemed professionals like Yan Xie, Chief Technology Officer at Li Auto, Aristiwidya Bramantika, Head of Strategy at GoTo Impact Foundation, Ayumi Nakajima, Senior Director and Head of Asia-Pacific Content at Pinterest, and Dr. Dr. Neeladri Verma, Manager of Health at Economist Impact. Our dialogue centered on ensuring a human-centric approach to technology adoption. The evolving landscape of work emphasizes the symbiotic relationship between AI and human potential. Proficiency in AI, coupled with uniquely human skills like creativity, compassion, and curiosity, is crucial in today's scenario. A successful AI strategy must prioritize people, focusing on skills-based hiring, continuous learning, and internal mobility. In line with this vision, we have partnered with leading organizations in Hong Kong to launch a "Future Ready" Program led by our HK MD Mei Mei Ng 吳薇薇, leveraging LinkedIn's skills-based platform and LinkedIn for Learning over 600 #AI courses to facilitate role-based self-paced learning paths. By utilizing AI tools and LinkedIn Talent Insights, we aim to empower organizations to grasp the AI trend, enhance capabilities, and accelerate upskilling initiatives for their teams and talents. At LinkedIn China 领英中国, our dedication lies in supporting companies through this transformative journey, utilizing technology to drive positive changes within their workforce. Through our robust data and advanced AI solutions, LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn for Learning Solutions enable companies to streamline talent recruitment, develop essential skills at scale, and retain top talent effectively. I look forward to continuing these significant conversations as we collectively work towards building a more skilled, connected, and opportunity-rich future. #TechforChangeAsia #FutureOfWork #AI #Innovation #SkillsFirst #Leadership #亚洲科技变革峰会#香港峰会#创新#技术#领导力
