With expertise in flow system design, hardware fabrication, control strategy design, quality management, and an innovation focused company culture, LISURE provides Chromatography Systems, Chromatography Columns, TFF/NFF Filtration Skids, Inline Dilution Skids, and SS Vessels for thousands of customers in cGMP-regulated industry in China and overseas, with largest system being 15,000 L/hr and largest column being 2 meter in diameter. Single-use options are also available for many of the systems. Lisure’s newest pilot chromatography system is a powerful platform for process development and tech transfer, an ideal tool for fastest proof of concept. Our most recently innovation includes: continuous buffer management system (CBMS), Inline dilution/conditioning process chromatography (ICPC), Continuous 4C chromatography system, and radial tangential flow (RTF) Chromatography which allows loading column without having to clarify the feed by filtration or centrifugation, all of which lead to obvious and significant economical and operational benefits.
