The evening was then kicked off by Alice Chan, who introduced Porsche Digital and the Porsche Digital Campus. Afterwards Zoe Yan delivered an exclusive talk on “Agentic Workflows,” discussing the transformative impact of AI-driven workflows on decision-making and autonomy in digital ecosystems. Digitalization is drastically changing entire industries and business models. But it’s also opening new opportunities to be explored and exploited. That’s why Porsche Digital was founded in 2016 as the technology and digital unit of Porsche AG. Our primary mission is to discover and scale new digital business models, as well as to optimize existing products. To do so, we’re creating technologically advanced industry solutions while expanding the digital ecosystem through collaboration with promising start-ups. To tap into promising business models outside the company, we draw on our global network of ten innovation centres. These are located in Ludwigsburg, Berlin, Tel Aviv, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Barcelona, Zagreb, Atlanta and Palo Alto in Silicon Valley.

This Tuesday, we had the privilege of welcoming around 50 talented students from the ESCP Business School at our Berlin office. Over the past few weeks, these future innovators have been working closely with us, immersing themselves in various product ideas and exploring the exciting possibilities within Porsche Digitals’s fields of innovation. Focusing on the theme “Next Generation’s Innovations X Porsche Digital”, the students delivered impressive presentations that demonstrated the depth of their research and fresh perspectives on how the next generation envisions the future of our industry. Their work inspired us and reaffirmed our belief in the power of collaboration between Porsche Digital and the brightest minds of tomorrow. We are thrilled to have strengthened our tie with one of Berlin’s top business schools and look forward to more groundbreaking projects with these future talents! With the recently hosted Kick Off Event the Porsche Digital Campus Challenge went into an exciting phase. We welcomed the teams at our Ludwigsburg office and remotely from Germany, Spain & Croatia for a day full of valuable insights & networking opportunities. Firstly, the students received an introduction by Alice Chan and Ferdinand Henssler where they got to hear more about Porsche Digital, the Porsche Digital Campus and the Porsche Digital Campus Challenge. Additionally, they had the opportunity to gain valuable insights from Robert Bischoff, Janos Ansel, and Timon Höfer, with whom, along with other mentors, they will collaborate over the coming months to develop innovative new ideas. The agenda also included a presentation by Elmar Husmann from Amazon Web Services (AWS). The eventful day was rounded off by an office tour and networking opportunities where the teams could meet each other but also the mentors and challenge providers who will be there to support and collaborate with. Thank you to all the teams for your visit and we are looking forward to seeing your innovative ideas while tackling the three challenges. #PorscheDigitalCampusChallenge #ShapingTheFuture #CampusChallenge #PorscheDigitalCampus #DigitalCampus

Corinna G. is one of our many talented software developers at Porsche Digital Barcelona. Working in the Communities team, she’s building a cross-platform application for Porsche owners that are also passionate about golf and GT cars. Corinna joined the team over two years ago, but didn’t come from a technical background. In fact, she was previously working as a project manager at an NGO. Corinna decided to change her career and studied at a boot camp to gain software skills, before then applying to Porsche Digital. “Coming from a different background, you might feel a bit insecure about your abilities,” says Corinna. “But here, I’ve never doubted what I was able to do. I’ve found a lot of good mentors that have helped me to grow, and the people I’m surrounded by are really the best asset of this company!”

As part of a strategic focus, we’ve handed over our office in Guadalajara, Mexico to the management and IT consultancy MHP – A Porsche Company – another subsidiary of Porsche AG. The office in Guadalajara will continue to grow within the Porsche Digital Family, but as part of our partner MHP. The company took on all employees of Porsche Digital in Mexico and is building on the structures we established there to offer IT services specifically for the Central and North American markets. Going forward, we will concentrate on our teams in our ten current locations in the USA, Europe and China. We’re extremely grateful to our former colleagues for their incredibly hard work and wish them the best for the future. We look forward to welcoming colleagues at the new entity and to continuing the strong collaboration within the Porsche Digital Family.
