Sidley is representing Enterprise Products as antitrust counsel in connection with its US$950 million #acquisition of Piñon Midstream LLC. The cash transaction will fast-track Enterprise’s entry into the eastern flank of the Delaware Basin in New Mexico and Texas, and expand the company’s natural gas processing footprint. Sidley is representing private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners in its #acquisition of Knowtion Health, a provider of revenue cycle insurance claim resolution services supported by AI-enabled technologies. Sidley’s Ching-Lee Fukuda is a founding member of the Lead Counsel Summit, an initiative dedicated to increasing the representation of women in first-chair positions in #IP cases.   Ching-Lee's commitment to this cause is featured in a recent article, "Would-Be Competitors Come Together to Increase the Number of Women Sitting First-Chair in IP Cases." The piece highlights LCS’s goal to ensure that 25% of its graduates serve as lead counsel within two years of completion—a testament to minimizing gender parity in the legal field.   The inaugural Lead Counsel Summit is taking place this weekend, and will bring together an esteemed group of #womeninIP, including Sharon Lee—an IP Litigation partner based in Sidley’s New York office.

Sidley has been recognized in Chambers Latin America 2025, earning practice rankings in both Corporate Crime & Investigations (International Counsel) and International Arbitration (International Counsel).
