Improper sizing and fitting problems, asymmetry and misalignment, improper stitching, weak cementing, excessive gluing, abrasion mark, scratch, sharp protruding objects, material flaws, color inconsistencies are common defects which have to be attentively chasing after during shoes on-site quality control. Below are the photos of all the defects found by Sunchine Inspection during the recent pre-shipment inspection of lady shoes carried out by Sunchine Inspection recently in Guangzhou in China. 4 major defects (3 asymmetric pairs and 1 unit with obvious glue mark) and 3 minor defects were found in total among the 50 pairs of shoes randomly selected among the production batch for inspection.
