Meet Xiehe Zhong, General Manager of TCL General Product Design Center. In his 21 years at TCL, Xiehe Zhong and his team made several breakthroughs in backlight technology, product optimization, and production quality. They set the foundation for the integrated LCD TV module, combining previously discrete LCD panel components into a single unit to improve manufacturing efficiency. He was also a key contributor to the development of TCL's quantum dot and flexible OLED display technologies. Always a visionary, Zhong is now working to turn ordinary glass into displays by coating them with a quantum dot film. At TCL, success is as much a part of us as it is of our team.
