[#exhibition] UTAC Special Vehicles will be exhibiting at the Civilian Armoured Vehicle Forum next week in Geneva, Switzerland! During the event, Chris Game, UTAC Special Vehicles Chief Engineer, will be presenting on the topic of vehicle mobility testing, and specifically the Automotive test methods for Civilian Armoured Vehicles (PAS 301).

[ 1⃣0⃣0⃣ ANS 🎂 ] Ce week-end, l’𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗵𝗲́𝗿𝘆 a fêté ses 100 ans ! 🎉 Afin de marquer l'événement, l' UTAC a organisé un 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗲́𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, réunissant une multitude d'amateurs d'automobiles autour de stands, d'animations et de 8 plateaux allant des véhicules d'avant-guerre aux supercars, sans oublier les motos et la participation de nombreux clubs et exposants 🚗🏎✨ 🎊 Pour l'occasion, les Maires de 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘀 et de 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗵𝗲́𝗿𝘆, Christian Lardière et Claude Pons, étaient présents au sein d'un stand commun, dans lequel les visiteurs ont pu admirer 𝗹𝗮 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗲̀𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲 😍, datant de 1898, prêtée par M. 7 Years of Progress It’s amazing to think about how far we’ve come. From the early days of Torsus development and first miles at Millbrook => to where we are now, it’s been a 7-year journey filled with hard work, innovation, and constant improvement. Testing at UTAC in Millbrook, alongside with world’s greatest vehicles, has been a privilege, and driving those legendary off-road paths has proven our resilience and strength again. The transformation from the grey “starting” PRAETORIAN to today’s yellow technobeast speaks about dedication of our team. Every late night and every challenge was a step toward something bigger / better / faster / durable and reliable. And now, we also have the #TERRASTORM, PRAETORIANs compact yet powerful brother, built for tough off-road jobs and high-speed rescue missions been tested at hardcore testing ground. The feedback session coming soon and will show just how much we’ve accomplished. I can’t wait to share it with all of you! Stay tuned.

🏁🏎️ L’Autodrome de Linas-Montlhéry fête ses 100 ans ! Quel plaisir d’y être en tant que Ministre des #Transports et président du Département de l'Essonne. Ce circuit mythique, cœur « vrombissant » du département, théâtre de nombreuses courses et championnats, a forgé son mythe au fil du temps et a vu évoluer la technologie et l'art de la #conduite sur piste. La transition écologique est le grand défi de notre génération. Et plus que tous les autres secteurs, la décarbonation des #mobilités sont indispensable pour tenir les engagements climatiques de notre pays et atteindre la neutralité carbone. Pour les #transports, l’objectif est clair : 36 Millions de tonnes CO2 à économiser d’ici 2030. Dans ce défi collectif l’UTAC joue un rôle « moteur » en accompagnant depuis 100 ans le progrès technologique et permettant l’amélioration des motorisations et des #véhicules vers plus de sécurité, plus d’efficacité et plus de durabilité.
