Vexos Vietnam's annual company trip in 2024 took place from July 4-7 in the picturesque Da Lat. It was a time filled with laughter, joy, and cherished memories as our team bonded over exciting activities. Beyond being a getaway, it was a journey of connection and understanding, after dedicated hard work. The trip fostered a deep sense of unity among the team, reinforcing the Vexos' family spirit. The event also included a visit to two humanitarian centers supporting disabled children, where our efforts included providing gifts and covering school fees. This fostered empathy and a strong sense of community support among Vexos members. Our newly redesigned office boasts a contemporary and vibrant atmosphere, fostering collaboration among our team and providing a welcoming environment for our valued customers. Additionally, we've prioritized sustainability every step of the way, utilizing recycled materials and energy-efficient features to align with our goal of achieving ISO 5001 certification. We've also made significant enhancements to our factory, including upgrades to our ESD Floor, LED Lighting, Environmental Controls, Workbenches, Conveyors, and automation, as well as implementing full MES capability. These improvements are not just about modernization but also about bolstering our capacity and capability for the future. Members of our Executive Leadership Team - Paul Jona (CEO), Roger Dunfield (CFO), Stanley Chen (SVP Asia), and Peter Grimsdale (GM Vietnam) - were present to celebrate the occasion.
