About The Role
Support China Vanish innovation project development & delivery to drive business performance. Potential to support new hygiene brands to drive business needs. (Depends)
Your responsibilities
- Innovation management
- Support Marketing Manager & team to drive China Vanish new initiative development, including
- Co-ordinating Manon team to provide China market input for Global innovation initiatives
- Local innovation development on 1-3 year short term project development, validation and product delivery
- Support innovation on Vanish projects as requested by China Manon team.
- Competitive landscape monitoring, focus on innovation and product initiatives, providing prompt and accurate assessment for market dynamic supporting business decision.
- Budget management
- Manage team annual project budget as aligned in beginning of year with project scope being identified.
- For specific or ad hoc request on resource needed, manage within existing budget or provide recommendation for manager decision.
- Team management
- Emerging into overall Manon business operation model and deep learning of business challenge by working closely with IMEX Vanish team & overall Manon broader commercial team
- Understand CDO organization and operation model, to facilitate effective & efficient project management with global cross functional team
- 2-3 Years product & marketing industry experience
- Experience in FMCG marketing field.
- Familiar with Innovation process, eg. ideation, validation, product development, commercialization, etc
- Experience in both Multi-national company and China local enterprise
- If cannot meet the above criteria, will preferred multi-national company working experience
- Strong business acumen
- Hands on, attention to details
- Understand financial principle
- Fluent written & oral English communication
- Curiosity for new product/technology trend
- Brand management, including branding, product, communication, P&L
- Project management skills involving high complexity, eg. different location, global team with different supporting functions
- Consumer insight learning approach
