🌲🌄 Spending time in nature with my family is one of the greatest joys, and this weekend we took Jason France’s incredible book to a peak in Shenandoah National Park this weekend. 🌲🌄 (Jay, was waiting to get this thing on a Mountain before sharing about your awesome book!) From a rough childhood to a distinguished United States Air Force career, Jason's journey is one of resilience, service, and personal growth. After retiring from over three decades in uniform, he set out to hike the 2,650-mile Pacific Crest Trail, fulfilling a childhood dream and rediscovering himself along the way. After a great hike with my family, I gave my copy to a couple who was thinking of taking on the Appalachian Trail! We got rained on as we hiked home, but it was a great way to spend the day. If you’re looking for an inspiring read, check out Jason’s book.
