Marketing Manager for Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of their audience and subscriber base by managing and optimizing the marketing funnel.

One of your main responsibilities will be to manage the marketing funnel, helping to convert the traffic into subscribers for our email newsletter and ultimately converting those subscribers into paid members for the premium research products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with specific expertise in email marketing and content writing as it relates to digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Marketing Funnel Optimization: Manage and optimize the entire marketing funnel, from analyzing traffic to the content, converting visitors into email newsletter subscribers, and ultimately converting those subscribers into paid premium members.
• Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including content creation, list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Email Content Creation: Write and oversee the creation of compelling email content that effectively communicates our value proposition and drives subscriber engagement.
• Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic and subscriber growth, leveraging a mix of channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and partnerships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Audience Engagement: Develop strategies to increase audience engagement and retention, including the use of personalization, targeted offers, and other growth hacking techniques.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships that can help drive traffic, brand awareness and subscriber growth, including collaborations with influencers, other media outlets, and other opportunities.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on audience growth, conversion optimization, and email marketing.
• Email Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and growing email newsletters, with a strong understanding of list segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
• Content Writing Skills: Excellent writing skills, particularly in crafting persuasive and engaging content for email marketing that drives conversions.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, with the ability to stay updated on industry trends. At least one to two years involvement in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Marketing Funnel Management: Expertise in managing and optimizing marketing funnels, from traffic acquisition to conversion.
• Data-Driven: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms) to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative Skills: Ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns and content that resonates with the crypto audience.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Dall-E, and Midjourney.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a portion of your availability during peak hours U.S. Eastern Time (somewhere between 8am ⁠— 6pm GMT-5)
