I'm hiring these positions for 2 projects that I'm doing. One of the projects that I'm doing will be for my Therapy & Event business which I will only need my Assistant for during the entire process, and the other 3 positions just about once. The 2nd project will be for my Roleplay, but very real Free Lance blogging lifestyle. I will be blogging, or posting amazing photos promoting amazing destinations, cars, items, clothes and much more. I want it to be much more than clothes. I want it to be like a real life day to day type of thing. For example, you know when you wake up & make coffee. I want to take amazing shots with a particular coffee mug, a nice place for the photoshoot, and once it's done, have the writer create a small dialogue giving credits to the items & destination that was in the photoshoot. Most times I won't be promoting the clothes or hair, it will be strictly based on the particular item I want to focus on & help that creator. My Assistant will need to work with me for both of the projects. The Assistant pay will be weekly, since the Assistant will be assisting me most of the week for both projects, making sure things are organized & kept together and able to help me get through the weeks easier also while having fun. We will have lots of fun. But for the Therapy, it will need to be private for my Clients, but I need things to be organized so I can know how many clients I have etc, It will be amazing if I can find an Assistant who's very hands on, the more you are hands on, and helpful, the more you will get paid weekly. Like finding amazing destination to take amazing photoshoots, going out your way to make dates/times when I'm supposed to meet my clients for therapy...etc And we will talk about it more once I interview you, and the decision will be made very quickly so contact me asap. This position will be paid 1300+, + tips, and the weekly rate will continue going up. I'm not new to this, I've had plenty of businesses, my assistants have made about 6-8k most weeks when they started out as 1300, and quickly in the next week, went UP because their work ethic was so amazing. It's important to work with the other positions as well, to make sure they are getting things done, helping them understand the vision etc because I'll probably be talking to you the most. The writer will need to work with me on both projects. 1 time most likely on the first project, just helping me get a great introduction for the Therapy & Event company, and then the rest for the Roleplay free lance blogging. The writer will be making sure everything is written perfectly once everything is completed, and only promoting who needs to be promoted in each Art that will be released during the week. Writter will be paid everytime they completed what they needed to complete, also they may have to do extra sometime and write something professional for one of the projects outside of the Art Releases we are doing. And will always be paid. Must contact me to know what we are focusing on & what needs to be written, and also contact me if there are any extra things for the writer to complete. The photographer must be hands down amazing. Must take HD Shots with super GREAT QUALITY!!!! IMPORTANT!!! Must know how to be versatile, take black & white photos, 80s photos, get amazing angles, editing is on point, get perfect close up shots, as we get to know each other more, make sure you are making me look how I want to look even though I love my look but some photographers will take from it, and make some pictures blurry, and some photoshoots we might have a blurry vision type of photoshoot like a drunk night out type of art picture. But that's different, have to be versatile with amazing HD snapshots with taking pictures in the SL world and not just behind a black or green screen!!! (This is IMPORTANT, because most don't know how to take pictures in the SL world, only with a green screen or white screen behind it) And the photographer should be hands on at helping finding location that will match with the theme. The photographer will be paid after each Art is finalized & finished. All 3 roles must be online most of the time, active, dedicated, motivated, hands on, friendly, drama free, hardworking, loving & fun. Because we will have fun, while we are working, because this will be about fun, and everyone just showing their creative skills to produce amazing ART. That's what I love to see. (My Assistant must be willing to contact creators to make sure they pay the business if they want us to continue making art out of their business items or locations. Because, I might find something I like ONCE, but if they want us to keep on, a payment must be made, and my Assistant must reach out to creators very professionally, and show me once you're done. Assistant has a huge role, because they are assisting but also helping me elevate, and wanting to help me grow, so everyone must be super loyal, because when I see everyone working hard, lots of tips & promotions will be giving out. Everyone must contact each other to make sure everynone is on the same page!!) Lastly, Graphic Designer - The graphic designer will create stunning advertisement photos for events, for the first project, and also stunning graphic designs showing everyone there's new art coming soon, just be super creative. Just make sure everything looks good, super HD great quality! *Project Details:* - Design eye-catching photo advertisements for various products - Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and objectives, and if the team need any help please help them and show me where you help them for payment. - Deliver high-quality & eye catching designs that meet our brand standards of roleplay photography art. IMPORTANT!!!! - Making sure you work with the writer so you can edit the main business website (which is being used on WordPress), the writer must complete their part, and all you have to do is copy & paste that's all we're changing is the dialogue. About The Club/Project The goal for this project is to create a truly unique club experience not just in SL, but VR Chat as well that hasn't been seen before. Between a completely custom meshed club, custom scripts and other unique features. We are looking to create something truly unique that people will continue to come back to. Who we are: MeshPromo is a small store for clothing and cute items that offer the best customer service we can. We are focusing on high-quality, low-LI products at an affordable price. In addition to the owner, there is a scripter working with us on a job-task basis, and there are few friends who work as models. The Job: We are looking for someone who’d be willing to daily create 16 different diffuse maps and a vendor image. This is a long-term job. So it NOT just put the shadow map over some textures, set blending mode, and save, but it’s a more detailed workflow. I put the following job tasks briefing just to give the basic idea so hope it helps to hire the right person. Job tasks in “brief”: Adjust the AO map for the mesh by removing dark borders, then smooth it then set levels. Find suitable textures (one base texture, and different pattern textures) that are relevant to the product. Using photoshop set base texture, put pattern textures as a group over it, then put the adjusted AO map over it in suitable blend modes. Set adjustment layers (levels, hue/saturation, selective color, etc) for each group as clipping marks. Add borders for the clothing edges when needed. If necessary add some texts for clothing like t-shirts etc. Test each texture by uploading from local. Take a photo of the product then make an ad-image for the vendor boards in the inworld store. Email me all the 16 textures and the vendor textures after done. You have to do this daily basis. (If you exactly don’t know something/s mentioned above but are willing to do it, don’t worry I’ll guide you.) Who we looking for: You should willing to follow the above-briefed job tasks. You should have average knowledge and practice of Adobe Photoshop. You should be polite, communicative, and timeliness. Having a Maitreya+Petite avatar and a Bento Mesh head to take photos is an added advantage but if not don’t worry I’ll arrange some friends for modeling. Salary and what we offer: 4000L$ per month. (I know it is not big enough but that is the best I can afford at this time based on our current sales) I can pay the salary on a daily basis if you like that way. Once we make more sales, instead of the fixed salary, I’ll offer 30% of the sales revenue of the products you texturing if that way gives you more L$ than above salary. You’ll get all the products that you texturing in copy+modify permissions for your personal use. Flexible schedule, ie: if you get busy in RL for a while, you could complete that tasks on the following day. You don’t have to pay upload fees. Friendly, professional, and respectful environment. Hello there! I am Zethnos (or just Zeth for short). I am located on the east coast of the USA (Timezone EST/EDT). I am a male over the age of 18. Yes I do use voice. I only speak English. The only times I can not be on SL are: 4pm-8pm: Mondays - Wednesdays SLT 2pm-8pm: Thursdays SLT DJ/Host/Manage - (I can also train DJs & Hosts) I have been a DJ and Host for about 2 years in SL, working in various clubs and doing private events. I only play metal and electronic music. As a DJ I have hosted myself in many clubs where they were short on hosts or had no hosts. I have also been a regular host for a while as well. After about a year and a half of DJing & Hosting, I became a DJ manager. This lasted a few months and then was promoted to a general manager for a few months. I then took a break from SL to focus on RL. I have been back in SL for a few months now. Graphic/Web Design My RL profession for the last 4 years has be as a freelance graphic and web designer. I have my own business, website, and all. I can make simple and complex sites for almost any need. My skills as a graphic designer are in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and a few other programs as well. I can make logos, images, and textures for almost any need (some limits do apply). My Requirements & Contact 100% NO DRAMA - I am a very relaxed person, but I have no tolerance for drama at all. If working for tips, I will need at least a rough estimate of how much I can be expected to earn. If working on a weekly payment, I will need to know what you are offering to pay.
