As part of our Internship Program, we welcomed Kristel from ¨Colegio Técnico Invu las Cañas¨ as an HR Intern three months ago. She did an excellent job supporting our HR department in Costa Rica while gaining valuable experience in a real work environment. She was enthusiastic and grateful for the opportunity Theragenics provided through this program. Our professional heart was full when she said, "I wanted to study HR at university, and I am 100% convinced that this is what I want after this experience." We encourage other companies to create similar programs, treat interns with respect, and allow them to add value. We're thrilled to announce significant progress on our new facility in Costa Rica! Construction milestones are being met, and we anticipate further advancements in the near future. We plan to move into this state-of-the-art facility in mid-January 2025 and begin transferring production from our long-term customers shortly after.
