🚨 High Risk Scenario Exercises: Strengthening Our Resilience 🚨 In late September, our AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe Incident Management Team (IMT) conducted key exercises to assess our preparedness for major incidents that could disrupt business operations. Building on previous exercises around Cyber Attacks and Data Leaks, we tackled two scenarios: Ransomware & Long-Term IT Unavailability and Power Outage. 💡 What is the IMT, and why do we need it? The IMT is a team of experienced local managers from HR, IT, Communications, Operations and Security. They are responsible for managing crises, ensuring business continuity, and minimizing risks. When Business Continuity Plans are no longer enough, the IMT steps in to manage the situation. The recent ransomware scenario was one of the toughest potential challenges we've faced, but the team handled it with composure, coordination, and a positive outcome. We are proud to share that our colleagues from the AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe Ostrava office took part in the Havířovská desítka run on Sunday, October 20th! 🏃♀️🏃♂️   Two teams from our HR and Operations departments participated, each team member running 2.5 km as part of a relay, covering the full 10 km distance together. 😊   But this was about more than just the race – it was a charitable event that united the community for a great cause. It was incredible to see our colleagues fully embrace the spirit of the day. Yesterday, our AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe office in Ostrava proudly took part in the “Bílá pastelka” charity collection to support the visually impaired in occasion of International White Blind Man´s Cane Day. 🙌   As a company, we have long been helping foundations such as Pes Pomůže in the Czechia and Fundacja na rzecz Osób Niewidomych Labrador Pies Przewodnik in Poland, both of which focus on raising and training guide dogs for the blind. 😊   We believe in making a real difference, and initiatives like these help create a more accessible and inclusive world. Supporting of European Breast Cancer Day at AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe🎗️ Today, on October 15th, we proudly stand together in support of European Breast Cancer Day. We have come together in all our offices in Prague, Ostrava, Warsaw, and Athens, uniting in pink to support this important initiative. 💕 By wearing pink today, we aim to raise awareness, to show our commitment to the fight against breast cancer and to inform women of all ages that lifestyle factors play an important role in the prevention and recurrence of breast cancer as well as the importance of early detection of breast cancer. 🙌 Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Europe, and its impact reaches far beyond the individual.
