🇬🇧 CEE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS H1 2023 With almost a third of Q4 behind us and while analyzing Q3 data, let's take a moment to reflect on what happened during the first half of the year in the CEE region, specifically in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In the first half of 2023, low investment activity was driven by higher financial costs and uncertainty. This led to a demand for better price understanding in all sectors. Rising interest rates affected transaction values and created challenges in predicting price changes. Market participants took a cautious stance to assess economic shifts and sourcing strategy changes on tenant decisions. Consequently, only €2.31 billion in transactions occurred in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region during H1 2023. 🇨🇿 REALITNÍ INVESTICE V CEE V V PRVNÍ PŮLCE 2023 S přibližně třetinou Q4 za námi a při analýze dat z Q3 pojďme na chvíli podívat, co se stalo v první polovině roku v regionu střední a východní Evropy (CEE), konkrétně v České republice a na Slovensku. V první polovině roku 2023 byla nízká aktivita v investicích způsobena vyššími finančními náklady a nejistotou. To vedlo k poptávce po lepším porozumění cenám ve všech odvětvích. Růst úrokových sazeb ovlivnil hodnoty transakcí a vytvořil výzvy při předpovídání cenových změn. Tržní účastníci zaujali opatrný postoj k hodnocení ekonomických změn a změn strategií zásobování vzhledem k rozhodovacím procesům nájemců.
