Run, run, run—even on weekends! 🏃♂️ Our colleague Martin has found a passion for running and eagerly joins any race he can. As a true team player, he always invites all of us at Adam to join him, and he somehow always manages to convince a few of us to tag along! One of the activities he’s gotten us hooked on is Saturday morning runs. We meet up, run together, and enjoy a nice brunch afterward. It’s just one of the many activities at Adam that helps us stay connected while keeping fit and ready to change the world. 💪🏻

Vamos a España 🇪🇸 🚀 Launching operations in Spain was an exciting challenge for Adam, as it’s one of the largest markets in Europe. So, we took the leap! We were eager to see how the market would respond and what unique aspects we’d need to learn. One of our first challenges was figuring out gotelé removal and how to price this specialized service. After a few iterations, we can now confidently offer it to clients across continental Spain and Mallorca! The market’s growth has exceeded our expectations, leading us to expand into renovation services as well. This further proves that our decision to move into Spain was the right one. Thanks to our success, our team in Spain is growing fast, making it one of the largest teams at Adam. 👋🏻 Hi, I’m Mariana! I’m a Junior Project Manager at Adam, writing this directly from our Madrid office. Let me share a bit about how I ended up here, my journey so far, and why Adam is such an exciting place to work, especially when starting your career. 🎓 From academics to Adam I’m in my second year of a master’s program, so when I applied to Adam, I was still deep into my studies. I’ve always been passionate about organizing projects, leading teams, and finding ways to improve processes. Although I didn’t have much experience in this field, I knew Adam was where I wanted to be when I saw the job post. The challenges and learning opportunities seemed like the perfect fit for me. 🔧 Constant growth in a dynamic environment Fast forward 7 months, and this role has been more than just a job—it’s a place where I’m constantly challenged and learning something new. Every day at Adam feels like being in school again, but with hands-on experience. Whether it’s developing new skills, solving problems, or learning from others, I’m always encouraged to grow in an environment that’s both dynamic and incredibly friendly. In this short time, I’ve already had the opportunity to take on more responsibilities, make changes in my market, and even transition from the Spanish market to the Portuguese market. 🌱 A bright future ahead The best part about working at Adam is definitely the people and the atmosphere. ✨ Das Experiment - The Week of Challenges ✨ To spice up our workdays, Natália organized a special week called “Das Experiment”. We all did our best to participate in the competition, tackling both bigger and smaller tasks she prepared for us. These challenges brought us closer together, and we learned some new things about ourselves (for example, that Václav is THE expert in the animal kingdom). We had to dress our best for Posh Monday and Crazy Friday, bring items in anything but a bag on Tuesday, enjoy a Margarita-filled dinner on Wednesday, and learn new things on various topics on Thursday. ⚡️ Check out the photos from our week below 👇🏻

👋🏻 Hello I am Matěj and I’m a Regional manager at Adam. I’m currently focused on expanding the company beyond European borders. Today, I’d like to share a bit about my career path and the key lessons I’ve learned so far. 🎒Before Adam Before joining Adam, my experience was fairly limited. I held various part-time jobs during my studies, ranging from waiter and bartender roles to working as a financial controller. When I graduated and started job hunting, I stumbled upon an opportunity at Adam—and the rest is history. 📈How it started I joined 3 months after launch as a 3. person and I loved the space for creativity I have got thanks to that. We were working with a few sheets, paper and calculators. We were only operating in Prague and had no idea how big we would become back then, although we firmly believed that we had potential for it. 💡What I learned I learned here that working in a team is much more rewarding and can lead to much greater results than what you can achieve on your own. I also expanded my knowledge in business understanding and got very good at communication not only within the team, but also in my personal life. When I first started, I wasn’t entirely sure of my career path. But here, I developed a versatile skill set that gives me confidence to succeed at whatever comes next and therefore a freedom of decision of what to do in my life.
