We are deeply saddened by reports that Ukrainian journalist and former Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty contributor Viktoria Roshchyna has died in Russian detention. “We must honor her legacy by holding her captors accountable,” said RFE/RL President & CEO Steve Capus.
